Lindsey Perlmutter

Lindsey Perlmutter, MSN, RN, CNL, has gained her nursing experience working in Detroit’s ERs for over six years. She discovered her passion in wellness and aesthetics over 4 years ago . By branching into cosmetics she has found immense pride in making her patients happy and improving their lives and self-confidence. In addition, working in wellness and aesthetics has allowed her to find creativity and express artistry in her nursing practice.

Lindsey is the CEO and cofounder of Veda Skin & Laser, a medical spa founded in 2018 that now services Southeastern Michigan out of 4 locations. She has also cofounded Veda Hydration, a mobile IV hydration therapy service that offers unique and accessible care to patients. Lindsey believes once a nurse, always a nurse, and is dedicated to taking an active role in the future of nurses in the aesthetic industry.

As a nurse whose passion is to provide the best care possible for her patients and a CEO and co-founder of aesthetic and wellness services, Lindsey’s patient-forward values lend themselves to MAPN, whose mission is rooted in improved care for patients.

VICE PRESIDENT

Haley Outcalt

Haley Outcalt is a board-certified family nurse practitioner from Grand Rapids, MI. She has over a decade of medical experience and five years involving aesthetics, regenerative, and integrative medicine. The values she encompasses in her work are safety, ethics, integrity, transparency, and accountability–all of which are closely aligned with the values of MAPN.  Her vision for this association is to continue improving aesthetic medicine’s reputation by creating a community for like-minded professionals.

A forever learner, Haley has taken several higher education courses by some of the best in the industry to stay committed to delivering higher practice standards. Continued education is critical to her; she hopes to encourage others to do the same.

Her passion for learning led her to become an educator for a national aesthetics company called Med Aesthetics Training. She travels the United States teaching licensed professionals about aesthetic medicine. Teaching gives her purpose. Her goal with teaching is to deliver quality education and most importantly to keep aesthetic patients safe.

Her most recent accomplishment is opening her aesthetic practice with her medical director Dr. Ronan. The vision for Aesthetic Evolution is to provide advanced aesthetic treatments by evolving with the continuous change of medicine and, in addition, by staying committed to continuing her education and implementing what she believes is best for her patients.
